Join us in the beautiful mountains of Colorado for our Women's Retreat. Moms, daughters, aunties, friends, sisters, grandmas and all women are welcome. Soak in the healing waters of Natural Hot Springs, surrounded by snowy mountains and beautiful Colorado skies. Honoring the sacred in what it means to be a woman, a mama, a friend, an auntie, a daughter, and a grandma. Daily yoga (Kundalini and Vinyasa), Breathwork, and other special workshops for Mamas, daughters, aunties, grandmas, friends, and the special women and girls in your lives. Honored to have Multi award winning Artist and Mama Shylah Ray Sunshine is coming to offer a private song workshop and concert for Retreat guests. This sacred container is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between women of all generations. Gathering together for mutual support, connection to each other and to the earth and waters.
